Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the UK, with international shipping available to the US and Canada. More destinations coming soon!

How long does delivery take?

UK orders typically arrive within 6-8 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on your location.

However we hope to reduce this time frame shortly to approx 4-6 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping on orders over £40

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns Policy page for full details.

Are your products suitable as gifts?

Absolutely! Many of our products make wonderful gifts. We also gift wrap all our products regardless of their individual price.
